DBT teams can select specific strategies to use from this program (what we are now calling DBT Next Steps) or they can choose to adopt the comprehensive treatment with all strategies and contingencies working in tandem (what we are now calling DBT-ACES).

The DBT Next Steps online training program will be available in late 2025 and is geared towards DBT therapists who are interested in incorporating DBT Next Steps into their clinical practice.
